Shared Ownership allows you to get on the second home ladder at a much lower cost. Some owners see it as a stepping-stone to full ownership, for others it is just the perfect way to own.

All-in-one site fee which covers site fee, utilities, maintenance and cleaning
20-year tenure
No rentals on 25% ownership.
Upgrade to 50% ownership or more to enable rental income.
Re-sell at any time prior to end of tenure with 10% fee to the park.
Shared owners are buying a physical asset with 70 days of use each year, which you can select based on the dates that you are more likely to use. And since shared owners own a share of the lodge, you can benefit from any increase in the lodge’s value.
